the upper right hand side of the page. You can change the amount ordered and delete items. To
change the amount of each item put the number of the items desired and click update. To continue
with the purchase you click check out now. (If your order is over $150 you will not be charged for

For expedited shipping services check the appropriate shipping method. Payment with credit cards is
done after you review your purchase items and billing address. After putting in your credit card

Payment methods and returns:
At byjovecosmetics.com we only accept payments by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover cards and Pay Pal.
Your Billing address for your credit card must match the address given or the order may not be
accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match the above criteria.
We cannot accept orders with billing or shipping addresses outside the U.S. at this time.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipping to the states of California
(8.25%). We are required by state laws to charge the sales tax after shipping and handling have

Order confirmation and tracking packages:
After making a purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the purchase information. When
your order has a tracking number assigned to it you will be e-mailed the number. With the tracking
number you can view the delivery status and expected delivery date. Please note that your tracking
number will only be active after your shipping has been confirmed.
Canceling and modifying orders:
Orders can only be cancelled or modified up to the time that they are shipped. Email us at

Orders will be processed in 3 business days or less. If your order has been made on a weekend or
holiday it will be processed the following business day. Ordering will be shut down during posted
company hiatus periods.

Shipping and returns
Shipping terms and restrictions:
Orders made through ByJoveCosmetics.com can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.
Choose “Ground Shipping” if you want your purchase to ship USPS. Otherwise choose your level of
UPS service. Only choose “Free Shipping” if your order exceeds $150.00.
Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday- Friday, excluding all major holidays and posted
Expedited shipping is possible, please check this option if you wish it.
When an order is made you will receive a confirmation of that order through an e-mail and when the
order is shipped out you will receive another e-mail with your shipping number for easy tracking.
Shipping to third parties:
We accept orders to third parties as long as the billing address matches the credit card address and
the third party resides in the United States.
Return Policy and exchanges:
All sales at byjovecosmetics.com are final. If there is a problem with your purchase contact us at
